Diamond Blades

Loukus Tech’s functional reinforced gradient (FRG) technology was used to develop an MMC Diamond Blade for concrete cutting applications. For this application, Loukus Tech engineers field-tested the blades and used this real-world data to further optimize blade materials and design. Testing was needed to understand the exact magnitude of the performance enhancements achieved with this technology. Testing feedback was used to implement material, process, and design changes to optimize overall blade performance and life.
